			<description><![CDATA[ My dog has gradually lost his sight this year. He is a 15 year old lhasa apso. He usually sleeps when we are not home. But when we are home, he paces around
non-stop. He can pace for 2-4 hours straight.   He doesn&#39;t really want to go for walks, so much so I have to half drag him out of the house to do his
business. So I doubt it&#39;s because he is restless and needs activities. Any ideas or tips to cope with his odd behavior and try to make his life easier?

			<description><![CDATA[ Hi, everyone. I just wanted to introduce myself and tell you about my 4 year old half husky/half shepherd, Sadie. In June 2009, we found out that she had
several genetic eye disorders. After seeing a specialist, we found out that her right eye had to be removed due to glaucoma pressure and medicines not working.
(This all happened very suddenly, over memorial day weekend.) We thought she&#39;d have several more years before the other eye went blind, but two weeks ago,

			<description><![CDATA[ I am so frustrated watching my 15 year old dog bang his nose into closed doors at night. They are open during the warm days, but the nights are cold and I need
to close the door.

<p>No way to put in doggie doors, I&#39;ve wanted them for years!</p>

<p>I find myself leaving bright lights on overnight as well.</p>

five dogs.  Our 8 year old Boston terrier, Pandy, lost her left eye a few months ago and her right eye a week ago to secondary glaucoma.  The eyes had to be

			<description><![CDATA[ My 3 year old beagle-mutt was diagnosed with glaucoma in both eyes on April 21st. Her pressure had been up and down so they never gave us an exact number. But
they did tell us they were really high and that the enucleation was the only option for her comfort.

She had been on Xalantan (inject-able glaucoma meds) and Cosopt(glaucoma eye drops). The docs didnt know what else to do. So we scheduled the procedure for
